Quickstart

This walks you from a brand-new account to a working VPN connection.

  1. Open the user portal.
  2. Click Sign Up.
  3. Enter your email and a password.
  4. Click Register.

A WireGuard account is provisioned automatically. You’re redirected to the Console showing your account status, data usage, expiry date, and connected nodes.

In the Console, pick the format that matches the client you installed in Installation:

Format Client How to import
WireGuard (.conf) WireGuard app Import the file or scan the QR code
Clash (YAML) Clash / mihomo Paste the subscription URL or import the file
sing-box (JSON) sing-box Paste the subscription URL or import the file
Surge (conf) Surge Paste the subscription URL or import the file

Click the format tabs in the Console. The subscription URL updates automatically, click copy to copy it, or Download to save a config file.

For a single device, scanning the QR code is the fastest path: in the Console, click QR Code and scan with the WireGuard app.

  • Mobile: tap +Scan QR code (or Import from file / archive).
  • Desktop: click Import tunnel(s) from file and select the .conf you downloaded.
  • Open the client’s subscription / proxy group settings.
  • Paste the subscription URL you copied.
  • The client pulls the latest config and updates it automatically.

Toggle the tunnel on in your client. Within 10-30 seconds, the panel shows your device as online.

To verify traffic is actually going through the VPN, visit any “what is my IP” page and confirm the IP matches a region served by OpenFreeNet.

Repeat steps 2-3 on each device. The Console’s Devices tab shows what’s currently connected. The operator has set a device limit per account, if you hit it, disconnect an old device from the Console first, or ask the operator to raise the limit.

  • No connection after 30 seconds. Toggle the tunnel off and on. If still failing, see FAQ.
  • Config import fails. Confirm you’re using the matching format . .conf is for the WireGuard app only.
  • Console shows “Panel unreachable”. The portal is temporarily down; your existing tunnel may still work.
